Go Red for Women

Heart disease is the number one killer of women. Most of the time women don’t recognize the warning signs. Educate yourself on the signs of a heart attack, but most importantly practice prevention! Stop smoking, eat healthy and exercise. Find my favorite not so secret weapon for disease prevention here!

Today is Go Red for Women day to raise awareness so I pulled out my classic red dress. Dressed it down today with my long vest, added thick patterned tights for the cold weather and my black heeled booties.
